Dorothy Copeland has over 20 years in technology, with experience in sales, marketing, business development and partner ecosystem leadership. She joined IBM in May 2017 to lead the North America Business Partner organization where she’s focused on driving partnering innovation and increasing partners’ sales engagement with the IBM field teams. Throughout her career, Dorothy has demonstrated a passion for building out new partnerships and programs, and leading diverse and high-performing teams.
