The ranking is based on the interest for graduate roles offered on the GradConnection web recruitment portal by the more than 32,600 registered users of the site in 2015. The information includes the percentage of users who have clicked to apply to a graduate position on the portal and are then taken to the employer’s site to apply.  The Australian Financial Review had also conducted a separate research of the actual number of graduates hired by the Top 100 Graduate Employers.
The awards were received by Belinda Reynolds, Recruitment Leader, IBM Australia and New Zealand, and Joanna Politis, Vitality Recruitment Lead, IBM Australia and New Zealand at the Top 100 Awards Night.

Australian Award 2

Belinda says: “Graduates want employers who offer career diversity, ongoing learning and development and opportunities that can enrich them every day.  The awards are testament that our internship program has been successful in equipping students with the right skills, knowledge, aptitude and positive attitude to excel.  In this new era of Cognitive Business, IBM is committed to cultivating a culture of innovation, learning and personal development that will enable fresh graduates to build a strong foundation of skills and knowledge to launch their careers.”
