IBM Argentina is named as Randstad Best Company in Consulting

By Mariano Aragunde

In May, Randstad conducted its 4th edition of the prestigious Randstad Awards in Argentina, where IBM was named the 4th most attractive company to work for, and the best company in consulting.

This is an award given to the top companies in the world based on their employer brand initiatives and employment value proposition. The rankings are announced after a detailed study of a survey sent to more than 8.000 people from the most important companies in the country. This survey was done excluding HR professionals to ensure there’s no bias.

The award was received by Veronica García  (SSA Recruitment Manager) and María Marta Kenny (HR Partner for IBM Global Business Services). In addition, Randstad featured an interview with IBM HR Manager for Argentina and Uruguay, Cecilia Rodriguez Pereira, where she explained what are the variables she considers made IBM mentioned as one of the companies where Argentinians would like to work.

IBM Argentina has been recognized in previous Randstad Awards editions, but this is the first time receiving a special mention for the consulting services, which is part of our work with our biggest business unit in consulting – Global Business Services.
