Anne Conroy, an Inspirational Executive, Gives Important Advice on Attaining an Executive Role

The HR Leader of IBM UK & Ireland talks about her role, shares important advice on how to successfully manage work/life balance, and gives tips on how to progress towards an executive career in IBM.

Anne Conroy is the HR Director for IBM UK and Ireland. She has built her knowledge and experience as an HR professional by working in a variety of roles both inside and outside of the HR function. This has included a wide variety of positions in HR, Pensions, Business Development and Finance. Throughout her career she has taken on the responsibility of management and accepted assignments to work in Paris, Dubai and India – all of which have helped her develop her skills, ability to manage large teams and this combined with a proven track record have allowed her to progress to her current position.
