On May 4th, IBM received 2nd place for Best Employer Brand by Randstad Brazil. This is the first time IBM Brazil is considered for the prize and it represents a great victory for IBM, mostly because we were the only IT Company among the Top 3 – the winner was Nestlé and 3rd place was Toyota.

A few days later, IBM Brazil won again, but this time as 5th place for Great Place to Work for Women and also the only IT Company among the Top 5.

In the words of Fernanda Toledo Muraska, Talent Acquisition Leader for IBM Brazil,

the award is important for us because our main focus is to be an attractive employer demonstrating how we are transforming our culture and the environment we work in

Every IBMer contributes to this award by engaging in social media and also sharing their IBM journey. Our goal is to deliver an exciting experience for our candidates, and that is exactly what the awards has demonstrated. We’re one IBM and one HR and this year, IBM also completed 100 years in Brazil. This demonstrates IBM’s capacity to reinvent herself from generations to generations.
